| CODICIA. Ya ganan $50-100k/mes. No necesitan crecer: quieren. |
| Producto | Launch & Land · bajo ticket | License & Scale $18k · 7-Figure Round Table |
| YouTube avanzado: show rate, retención, contratación. Menos views, cliente más caro. |
| Cómo se les habla | Simple. Hay que bajarlo a tierra. Tienen poca experiencia.
Conviene usar esos y no inventar nuevos.
| Dónde | Qué dice, textual |
|---|---|
| /opt-in-page · H1 | “We'll Build You a Profitable AI Marketing Agency in 90 Days Or You Don't Pay” |
| /opt-in-page · claim | “The average agency we build generates $12,766 per month in recurring income within 6 months” |
| Home · hero | “Start an AI agency. Scale it to seven figures.”
| Home · Launch & Land | “Go from zero to a real agency, with someone building it with you” |
| /thank-you · show rate | “WARNING: Successful People Value Time More Than Anything Else! Therefore, We Do Not Reschedule!” |
Tres operadores, tres piezas distintas.
| # | Paso | Trabajo | KPI |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 5 video ads | Vender el clic con el dolor | CPR ≤ $8 |
| 2 | Opt-in page | Nombre, email, móvil. Tres campos y nada más. | Opt-in ≥ 35% |
| 5 | 3 emails + SMS | Que aparezcan. Nada más. | Show ≥ 30% |
| 8 | Cierre a $6.800 | PIF o depósito, mismo día | Close ≥ 22% · 50% cash upfront |
En sus palabras: “just for having a little mechanism in there.”
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Registrantes | 1.875 | 1.875 | 1.875 | $15k a $8 CPR (brief) |
| VIP take | 6% | 10% | 14% | Banda de VIP low-ticket |
| AOV del carrito VIP | $28 | $34 | $42 | Regla cart × 20% |
| Cash de VIP | $3.150 | $6.375 | $11.025 | Línea de liquidación |
| Show rate en vivo | 22% | 30% | 38% | 60% tibio de Ryan, con castigo por frío |
| Asistentes | 412 | 562 | 712 | — |
| Live → booking | 10% | 13% | 16% | Ryan: 200/1.200 = 16,7% en tibio |
| + replay | +15% | +20% | +25% | Ventana de 48h |
| + bookings pre-webinar | 8 | 15 | 25 | Paso 4 |
| Llamadas agendadas | 55 | 103 | 167 | — |
| Show de llamada | 60% | 65% | 72% | Setter: 65-70% contesta × 80% aparece |
| Llamadas tomadas | 33 | 67 | 120 | — |
| Close rate | 15% | 22% | 28% | La vara del propio Cameron: 26%+ |
| Unidades | 5 | 15 | 34 | — |
| Cash por unidad | $3.800 | $4.200 | $5.400 | 50%+ upfront sobre $6.800 |
| Cash de high ticket | $19.000 | $63.000 | $183.600 | — |
| Cash total | $22.150 | $69.375 | $194.625 | Meta: $45.000 |
| ROAS | 1,5× | 4,6× | 13,0× | — |

FREE LIVE TRAINING · THURSDAY 7PM ET · US ONLY · NO REPLAY FOR FREE SEATS
H1 — RECOMENDADO
Everyone's trying to start a sexy AI business. The people quietly getting paid are building something boring.
SUBHEAD
Thursday night I'll walk you through the boring AI service business — how to pick one problem companies already pay for every single month, let AI do most of the labour, and charge for the result. No app. No product. No inventory. No audience. No waiting twelve months to find out if anybody cares.

Thursday 7PM ET. Live — I stay on and answer questions until they run out. If you want a polished recording to half-watch next month, this isn't it.
H1 — VARIANTE A · entrada por dolor
Six side hustles deep and still broke? Good. The boring one is the one that pays.
H1 — VARIANTE C · el error del bucket 1
You don't need a team, a website or a logo. You need two appointments and something boring to sell them.
H1 — VARIANTE B · tesis de marca
Boring pays. Sexy gets likes. Here's the AI service business nobody posts about.
Right. Here's what I'm actually covering:
One thing before you register. Success loves speed. If you're the sort who reads this, thinks “yeah, that's clever”, and then does absolutely nothing for six months — genuinely, don't bother, you'll just be annoyed at yourself. This is for people who move. Action is the cure-all.
If that's you: Save my seat →
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 · Confirmación | — | Matar la duda de “¿funcionó?” | Nadie escribe a soporte |
| 2 · Tres acciones | 60% | Calendario + guardar número + bloquear 90 min | Show ≥ 30% |
| 3 · Video | — | Encuadrar el jueves y vender el VIP | 60%+ llega al pitch |
| 4 · VIP $27 | 85% | Liquidar el ad spend | Take ≥ 8% · AOV ≥ $34 |

One warning before the three things. There's no replay for free seats and I don't re-run this for people who couldn't be bothered. Successful people value their time more than anything else, and I'm not going to ask my team to work with anyone who doesn't feel the same way. Turn up, or don't take the seat.
LAS TRES COSAS — numeradas, grandes
One quick thing, and it's for your benefit as much as mine. Thursday covers three boring services and I'll be pointing people at the one that fits them. Tell me where you're starting from and I'll make sure the Thursday session actually lands for you — and I'll send you the right example beforehand.
CUATRO OPCIONES, UN CLIC, SIN BOTÓN DE ENVIAR
○ I haven't started anything yet
○ I've got a business but it's under $5k/month
○ I'm doing $5k–$20k/month
○ I'm doing $20k+/month
Before you go: there's a VIP seat, it's $27, and here's the honest pitch for it.
Free seat gets you the training. That's a proper training and you'll leave with the model. But the free seat also gets you: no recording, no notes, and your question buried behind four hundred other people in the chat.
VIP fixes all three. $27. Less than lunch.
| Free seat | VIP — $27 | |
|---|---|---|
| The live training | yes | yes |
| Priority Q&A — I answer VIPs first, by name | No | yes |
| The recording and the slides, forever | No | yes |
| The Boring AI Service Menu | No | yes |
| 30-min implementation session next week | No | yes |
Upgrade to VIP — $27 →
VIP closes when the webinar starts. Not a fake timer — I just can't add people to priority Q&A once I'm live.
Why $27 and not free: honestly? Because people who pay $27 turn up, and people who turn up get results. That's the whole reason. BOOM.
Already know you want this? Skip the queue.
Some of you read that page, went “yes, that's the thing”, and don't need ninety minutes of me to decide. Fine. Book a call with the team now and we'll map the boring AI service business that fits you — your skills, your market, your timeline — and tell you straight whether we can help.
You keep your Thursday seat either way. Success loves speed.

2 minutos 30.
| Posición | Ítem | Precio | Take est. | Trabajo |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Principal | VIP Seat | $27 | 10% | Q&A prioritario + grabación + Service Menu + sesión de implementación |
| Order bump | The First Client Kit | $47 | 35% de VIPs | Checkbox en el mismo checkout. Scripts de outreach, stack de IA, calculadora de precios. |
| OTO 1 | Done-With-You Setup | $97 | 12% de VIPs | Página post-compra. |
| Valor total del carrito | — | $171 | — | AOV implícito ≈ $34 |
☐ Yes — add The First Client Kit for $47
Thursday I'll show you what the boring services are and what to charge. This is the bit that gets you the first one. The exact outreach messages that get replies from businesses that already have budget. The AI stack that delivers each of the three services, tool by tool, so you're not guessing. And the pricing calculator, so you stop undercharging out of nerves — which is what nearly everyone does in month one. $47, added to this order, in your inbox in two minutes.
One offer, then I'll leave you alone. Want us to build the thing with you before Thursday?
You've got your VIP seat, and you'll leave Thursday knowing which of the three boring services fits you. But there's a gap between knowing and having it written down properly — the service, the deliverable, the price, the pitch — and most people sit in that gap for a month.
$97 closes it. One call with our team this week, before the webinar. You come with your skills and your market, you leave with your offer written out and priced. Then Thursday you're not learning the model, you're pressure-testing something you already own. Repeat successful actions — this is just how you start with a successful action instead of a blank page.
Add Done-With-You Setup — $97 →
No thanks, take me to my VIP confirmation →
boringai-registrant AND NOT boringai-vip. Thursday, 7PM Eastern.
Three things, then I'll get out of your inbox.
1. Put it in your calendar. Here: [CALENDAR LINK]. Do it now rather than at some vague point later, because later doesn't exist.
2. Save the number that texted you. Save it as License & Scale. That's how you'll get the link on the night, and if it lands in spam you'll miss the whole thing.
3. Block ninety minutes. I run long. The Q&A at the end is where the good stuff comes out, and the people who drop off early are the same people who email me next week asking the exact question I answered at minute seventy.
Here's what Thursday actually is. Everyone right now is trying to start a sexy AI business — an app, a SaaS, a faceless channel. Then they discover they need money, an audience, years of tech skill, or a genuine miracle. The people quietly getting paid picked something boring instead: one problem a business already pays for every month, AI doing most of the labour, and they charge for the result. I'll show you the three of them, which one fits you, and how you land the first.
One more thing. There's a VIP seat for $27. Your question goes to the front of the Q&A, you keep the recording and the slides — free seats get neither — you get the Boring AI Service Menu written out, and a 30-minute implementation session the week after. Twenty-seven dollars, and honestly the reason it isn't free is that people who pay turn up.
[UPGRADE TO VIP — $27]
Thursday. Success loves speed.
Cameron
SMS a los 60 segundos: “Cameron here — you're in for Thu 7PM ET. Save this number, I'll text you the link on the night. Calendar: [link]”
Quick one before Thursday.
The best service business I've ever looked at properly was so dull I nearly didn't ask about it. No brand. No audience. No app. Nobody's ever going to make a documentary about it.
And here's the thing that should annoy you: it's boring because it works. Sexy businesses are sexy because they're unproven. That's the same sentence. An app is exciting because nobody knows if anyone wants it. A service that a business already has a line item for is boring because the demand question is already answered — somebody's paying for it right now, this month, badly.
So the only real question left is whether you can deliver it. And that's the bit AI just changed. The work that used to need four people and made agency owners miserable now takes one person and a decent stack. Same invoice. Different cost base. That's the whole opportunity, and it won't stay this open.
Thursday, 7PM Eastern, I'll show you the three services businesses are already buying, what to charge, the stack that delivers each one, and how you land the first. Live. I'll stay on for the questions.
And the VIP seat is still $27 until we go live. Recording and slides — free seats don't get them, so if you miss Thursday on a free seat, you've missed it. Your question first in the Q&A. The Service Menu written out. Implementation session the week after.
[UPGRADE TO VIP — $27]
Action is the cure-all. See you Thursday.
Cameron
P.S. If you've already decided you want help building this and don't fancy waiting until Thursday to talk about it, book a call with my team here: [BOOKING LINK]. You keep your seat regardless.
Tonight. 7PM Eastern. Here's your link — put it somewhere you'll find it in three hours:

Bring two things. A pen and paper, actual paper, because you'll write more than you think. And one honest answer to this: what can you already do, or learn in a fortnight, that a business would pay for every month? Doesn't have to be impressive. Boring is the point.
What we're covering: the three boring AI services businesses are already paying for, which one fits you specifically, what to charge, the AI stack that delivers it, and the exact way you land the first client. Then I stay on and answer questions until they run out.
Two honest notes. Free seats get no recording. Tonight or not at all. And if you turn up for twenty minutes and drop off, you'll get the theory and miss the part that actually helps — the Q&A is where people ask the specific thing you're wondering about.
Last call on VIP — $27, closes when I go live. Recording and slides forever, your question first, the Service Menu, and the implementation session next week. After tonight I can't add anyone.
[UPGRADE TO VIP — $27]
7PM. Let's get it, ladies and gents.
Cameron
SMS a T−60min: “Starting in an hour — 7PM ET. Link: [link]. No recording for free seats, so grab a pen and get on. — Cameron”
SMS a T−5min: “Live in 5.
